Maddox family holiday

Well where do we start….

Villa Leonard is an amazing spacious, clean, child friendly villa. Definitely has the WOW factor.

This has been our first family holiday abroad and when I say family we’ve had both sides of grandparents join us over the period of our 14 day stay.

We have had some wonderful evenings having bbq’s and playing darts and pool. The villa is so accommodating that most days we didn’t feel the need to go out. On the 2nd week we hired a car and Stacey was very helpful with advising us on places to go..

Rancho Texas is a must, especially if you have Children.

We can’t thank the Leonard family enough for helping us make memories that we will cherish forever.

We are very sad to be leaving but can’t wait to visit again.

On our first holiday ever. It has been a wonderful holiday. We have enjoyed it. We will hopefully come again. We are sad that we are leaving today but Thank you Rob & Stacey for letting us stay in your villa.

It’s hard to expand on all the reasons that each and every person in the guest book has written about their love for Villa Leonard. All I can add is we don’t want to go home to the UK after such an amazing time.

We picked this place because the pool and garden looked a reasonable size online….. not were we surprised by the scale when the gates opened for the first time!

We met Stacey & Rob on our first day when we had a pool question, we were both so impressed when they turned up 10 minutes later. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they have a great few recommendations.

For us the restaurant “Liken” at the Marina was fantastic. The 1 hour tour around the lava tunnels is not to be missed!

We spent every day in the pool and had the pinch ourselves that it is October

What an amazing holiday we have had at Villa Leonard for the week!

Loads to do, spacious and clean. Fitted all 8 of us comfortably with space for another 2 at least!

The kids played in the pool all day as much as they could. We will hopefully return again in a couple of years time.

Well Covid-19 is around and this has been a very different holiday than normal! We are very glad we chose this villa and decided to come out anyway.

The pool size is great, bigger than most we have had before. Having the pool table, dart board and table tennis to use too have been great additions.

We have already booked to come again next year, which is a first for us and decided this on the first day here!

Many shops, restaurants & bars have still been open and the market has still been on in the Marina. Capacities have been reduced, but less people have been here so there was no problem getting a table.

While different and strange to what we have been used to on the island, it won’t stop us coming back year on year.

Here’s to another 20 years of visiting this beautiful island and her people.

This has proven to be an excellent combination of excitement and relaxation. The villa itself has been difficult to leave, especially after spending so many lovely evenings inside it. With a town only 20 minutes walk away, finding activities was easy, as well as shopping.

The villa was in the perfect location, with local stores and an absolutely amazing atmosphere. We truly didn’t want to leave and, if we have our way, will certainly be back.

Had a fab week in this beautiful villa. There is so much to do here we haven’t felt the need to go travelling very far.

Local shop across the road is great for fresh bread & essentials & is reasonably price.

About a 25 minute walk down to the front where you have good supermarkets, lovely restaurants and gift shops. Highly recommend The Galleon or The Harp Irish Bar.

Will definitely be returning same time next year

Thank you so much for everything during our stay @ the Villa. The welcome pack was really appreciated. Well done to all the staff looking after the pool & the linen during our stay.

Made the most of precious family time sometimes just chilling by the pool.

Couple of wee notes for guests arriving that we found out…Wi-Fi unit is on top of fridge. There is a PS3 at the bottom of the living room cupboard, some games under the telly and DVDs in princess room upstairs (handy if you get a dull day)

Couldn’t fault villa or amenities! Thanks for everything, we will be back.
